At New York Edge, we believe every girl deserves the opportunity to lead, grow, and thrive. Girls LEAD (Learning Empowerment through Athletic Development) is a year-round program helping middle school girls build confidence, teamwork, and leadership through sports, mentorship, and career exploration.
By joining the Girls LEAD Circle, you become part of a community dedicated to empowering young women across New York City. Your contribution helps expand the program to new schools, create all-girls sports leagues, and connect participants with inspiring women mentors across industries.
